How to customize google ads (NEW LOOK)

hi all, i found tht some website can customize google ads into

with no "Ads By Google"

Compare to my site
http://cubycube.com/

With "Ads By Google"

Definitely i think their CTR will be higher than my site. Can someone teach me how to customize to the NEW LOOK?

I think what they have done is alter the google code, in one case they have put the ads in an iframe and made the image transparent so you can't see it, in another case they seem to be messing about with JS to achieve the same effect, both methods are in conflict with Google TOS and they are heading towards a ban, I don't recommend you or anyone else try this

Bigger companies can display ads without "Ads by GOOGLE" text but they have to get permission from google.

If you have more than 20 million ad impressions you have the google premium account and get the ads by Google removed.
