hi, i would like to know whether i can resize those font size, or even change their width to suit my website?

And some terms i dont really understand

• Up to three ad units may be displayed on each page.
• A single link unit may also be placed on each page.
• No Google ad may be placed on pages published specifically for the purpose of showing ads, whether or not the page content is relevant.

Questions
- can i put 3rd party ads together with google ads?
- can change font size of my adsense?
- Why cant i change the font family? Since no matter how the "Ads By Google" always sticked there
