I have worked on a site and now I have a good traffic but a very low Page CTR for five days, most of the visitors come directly to pages on the site and not through the home page.
Would you review it and tell me what is wrong please?

So exactly as it should then.

It's the thing about sites/pages that attract a "techy" audience, they simply don't click on the adverts very often.

Excellent tutorial that one though

You can add another "links units" before the end of the page (right before "More Tutorials"). This is not guaranteed to work, but you have to try and see what works best for you.

I'd make all of the images the same size as the largest adsense square that's available. Center the images in your tutorials and add that adsense box in the middle of the middle of the tutorial.

Does your left side adsense block get many clicks? I'm wondering because of the yellow border. I'd remove it to blend them in even more.
