Is it a goog choice? Is the pay rich ?

There isn't a type of site that is better than any others. It depends entirely on the traffic you generate and your ad placement.

If you get 10 visitors a month then a pic site is a terrible choice, If you get 10 thousand a month then it's a great choice.

IMO... its not. think from advertiser point of view.
if you are flower selling... will you show your ads at your location near by or all over to australia? sure i will bid higher for localised visitors. and this pays well, if your visitor is from that place. my concern here is location.

When you create a website, think if it is going to be useful and lot of people are going to visit. If you have traffic, you can always monitize, otherwise no point even if you are talking about DWI attornies

Well, if you want to know if would get "rich", it all depends on the type and quality of traffic you get the bids on ads related to pictures. I think non-tech savvy people visit these sites. So, you may get more CTR. But, I don't know about the bids.
