If you get banned there is usually a good reason. Email them and ask why and if you can prove you have been wrongly banned they "may" reinstate your account - but don't hold your breath!

If the ban is final use another ad network....

You probably got banned for having 3 accounts. You are only allowed one.
Use another PPC provider.
