So I'm steadily working on my blog and I've seen an increase in visits, page impressions and clicks to my Adsense blocks. But what I haven't noticed is ads with images. Since the upgrades to Blogger you can now ad your Adsense code with a simple click and it will match you template style. But all I'm getting is text ads, not that I'm complaining or anything.
Before the changes to blogger when I had to get my own code through the Adsense page I would get banner ads with images along with text ads even though I had much less content, far fewer daily visits/impressions and clicks.
Anyone know if the auto generated ads through the blogger layout automatically sets your ads to default to text ads only? Or is the lack of image ads a result of a trend with advertisers?
I'd appreciate any insight.
Thanks in advance

I went and hand created a banner ad with the wizard and opted to have text and images and they started show up. I guess if you're using the widget in blogger it will only display text ads and if you want image ads you'll have to generate the code yourself.
