Your positioning is probably about as good as it can be. More visitors will get you more money.

though you should remove the "Click below to Get More About Money". this is very much against the adsense terms and will get you banned.

Yes. It is against Google adsense TOS to ask your visitors to click on your ads. You better remove it ASAP. Once you have been banned by adsense, you can never get in again.

also, the adds displayed are related to the text in your pages. keep this in mind when creating/adding content

It would be much more better to make your content to have the same font size as the text in the ads so it fits in correctly. And, I think you should put a little more links in your posts because if I'm the visitor, I can clearly distinguish which the content is and which the ad is. So, make you content merge with you ad block by adding some more links.

Try using a large rectangle ad in the top part instead of two smaller ads. You then have an extra ad unit which you can add elsewhere. Moreover the Large rectangle will look a bit better than your current arrangement.
