It depends on the site, audience, layout, time of day, position of the moon, whether or not you had bacon for breakfast, and about a million other factors.

The only answer to this question is to try it and see what happens. I know that's not what you want to hear, but it's what it is.

I don't see where a color scheme would have any bearing whatsoever.

it just a matter of to look good on your site, blend it color with your site is much better than a difference color with your background.

moreover if the color is totally difference with your site, it's not look interesting for your reader...

Well, colors do matter. In the sense, good color combinations will attract people to come to your site and click the ads. It may affect the CTR. For example, I may never even pay a visit to a site which uses a very atrocious color scheme. The things you need to take into consideration are :-
  1. Readability.
  2. Easy Navigation.
  3. Simplicity.
  4. Portability.
And the rule of the thumb is to blend the AD block with the layout and make the captions in the Ads, very noticable. It should be noticed easily by visitors. But never make them feel that they are ads.

Yeah. We've come to a situation where the only option is to trick users to click the Ads. Ad-blindness is prevailing in a very fast pace. And, not only tech-savvy people are affected by this. Everyone are facing the crisis.

I think banner ads may help overcome this problem to an extent because of the "pretty pictures" and stuff. But, it still won't stand a chance against ad blockers which some users tend to install.

i found that since i embeded the colors exactly the same as the color scheme i get 10% ctr instead of 1% also might be that i put my menu on the right side and put my ads on the left, look at my site in the sig to see what im talking about, i also shove 2 sets of ads in the top hotspot, yea yea it dont look good but this site was built strictly for adsense so im not worried about it
