I won't share specific numbers since Google doesn't like that. How much you can make will depend somewhat on you and how much you participate.
Do I make a lot? No. Do I appreciate what I do make? Yes.
The best way to find out how much you can make is to try it and see.

I have not made $1 since couple of months but the reason is that I am unable to participate the way I used to do before.

Can a under 18 do google adsense or somin like that (where they get paid), Its just i know a few people my age (14 and under 18) who have it on their sites and say they get a bit of money paid into their bank/paypal accounts, is it possible?

Dan, here's what AdSense says at their Help Center.
They do say you need to be 18 and if you're not you should have a parent of guardian sign up. The money will go into the parent's account though.

i hate that, my mum wont do it incase i f it up or somin. becasue then it would be her name and account that would be banned or what ever.
thanks for the replies.
Ps. im think of this hyperthetically, would google allow (amoung other people) a company/website to sign up to adsense for persons under 18 and then pass on a percentage of the money. so like (when i am over 18) if i set up a website so people under18 come to me i sign up for adsense they put it on their site and i give then x amount of the money got from the clicks on their site. do you know what i mean? and responiblity would be on me not ther individual under 18 who i am doing it for?...
or could this be done with ONE google adsense account and they just put the ads on their site and i pay them so much a month to do this?...
please replie with your views on this, and whether it would be legal/within google TOS.

Dan you can use the same AdSense accounts to place ads on many different sites so I would think it would be fine to say have others create sites using your AdSense code and then say splitting the money with them. I know there are plenty of sites now where you can create content for the site and the site splits its AdSense revenue with you from the content you created.
I assume it's fine with Google since I see it done often enough, but in all honestly I have no idea if Google has an issue with it.
Sorry about mom not wanting to use her account. The one thing I can say is that I don't recall Google ever doing any checks on my age when I signed up for the program. My guess is as long as you have a valid bank account or some way to take the payments they will come to you. I suppose it's possible Google checked my age somehow, but if they did I wasn't aware of it.

They do send mail to the address you sign up with and when they do you usually need to enter some information into your account in order to get paid.
I'm not sure what you're asking about with them taking money from you. I suppose if you've earned a certain amount of money and before they pay you the decide you've been engaging with click fraud then they would keep the money. Is that the kind of thing you mean?
The AdSense program won't take money out of your bank account though, if you decide you want them to use direct pay.

They do send physical mail to your house for certain things. When you reach a certain amount of money they send you a card with a pin number than you need to enter in your account in order to get paid.
I'm not sure what else they send. I've received snail mail from Google for a couple of programs I signed up for, though not a lot.

Hey, I've never earned a penny from ad sharing. How do you config this thing anyway ? I remember getting some $7 from webdigity for ad sharing. But its not adsense. Isn't it against the TOS to share the revenue like this ?

Sreejith all you really need to do is add your AdSense client id here and an optional channel if you want to measure how the ads here do. You can find both in your control panel under the AdShare link. It should be the one at the bottom.
After that all you can do is post and start new threads. I can't say I make a lot of money using the system, but I do get some. I suppose how much you make could depend on which forums and threads you post in.

I think they just send you information so you know what you're supposed to file in case you have to file. Dan I wouldn't think it would affect you.

Dan, the tax info is simple. I'm a non-US and I find it easy. I'm below 18 and I have an account. But the money goes to my guardian's though.

some make only pennies, some make a bit more, some make thousands.
It depends on the popularity/quality of your site, ad-placement, how much you promote..etc..etc..

Well, don't expect to get any money from adshare in webmaster-talk. I don't know why; but I haven't made a cent from income sharing from this board. Maybe because I'm posting less. Maybe because the system just isn't working for me. Who knows ?
