Ads Position: I put some referrals on the left, one large vertical ads on the right, and 2 small horizental ads on the main body
Problem: the CPC is too low, when people visit a page, the adsense will show the relevant ads of this people (for ex: Paris Hilton free pics, Paris Hilton video... ) i know it will make the CTR higher but the CPC is toooo low...

What I want: The content is still about the famous people but the ads with higher payout keywords... should I change the Page Title, Keyword (now is following the content)... or put some more content target to the new keyword...

You should probably just accept that's what people are bidding on those ads. If people aren't bidding a lot of money for ads about famous people then you're not going to get a lot of money per click.

You can change whatever you want on your site, but I doubt it's going to change things significantly. My guess is you would still get mostly the same ads.

You can put images besides the ADs to increase CTR. You can't do anything about the bids. Go to Overture to look up your keyword value. I dont know if it is relevant for adwords but, u know, try.

My site features celebrities aswell and when I first started out the PPC was over 10c but now it's down to below 3c, I hope it's just people being tight over x-mas.

The silly thing is now I have trippled my traffic and still earn the same as 3 months ago.

And I would have nearly every relevant ad' for the celebrities that you speak of, don't worry none of the ad's are worth much.

Do you get this across the months or just in dec?

I notice that my eCPM's for month of Dec is rather bad. I use to get something like $3eCPM now its 0.50cents. Unbelievable. I hope its due to teh Holiday seasons.

Whats weird though my CTR has increased.

Ok here is the catch.
I'm about 1.5 years in Adsense system.
My first earnings ware around 5 - 10 $ /month. It was not bad, but after some months earnings did't pass that $$ nuber.
Even after spending toons of $$$ for all those "must-have" online merketing techniques. The numbers were bad.
Then I found some great opportunity to join one group of puplishers. And I made around 300 $ at my first member month with just 1 adsense site. I will not reveal my current earnings But it starts getting better & better. Income increase nuber is about 300% per month! With minimum investments.

And here ir the way.

There are adsense groups that work very very organized in secret.
First you have to join them. i read somewhere that there 10 or 15 adsense groups that work in silence with over million members in each of them. each member. The bacics is here - your adsense site is listed in group MAIN LIST.
Lists are spreading around the world to group members.
The mani rules are : members know exatly what and where to click on incoming sites! So do you! It takes maximum 30 minutes to compleate all tasks. And job is done. If I'm hearing you right it sounds like click fraud on a pretty large scale. My apologies if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you're clicking on ads without any interest in them and have rules set up to reduce the chances of getting caught.

Putting images beside Ads is illegal from now. Anyway, there are ways you can improve your CPC and CTR in one step. Ooops, 5 steps actually. I've written a post on it in my blog.

Go here 5 Steps To Increase Your Adsense Earning By 200%. I've stressed on how to avoid MFA ADs get your site's ad space. You won't find this trick at most places on the internet. It worked perfectly for me.

PS :- Provided you have a nice visitor base and maybe some loyal readers.

Your main problem is you are using the simple links on the left side and the wide skyscraper on the right. On the Skyscraper are you using both banners and text? If it is only text, try switching to either both or just banners.

Think about it! People pay more money for banners and videos to show up. Videos are only used in the square ads and banners are used in all. Here is my recommendation to you.

1. Ad the square ads somewhere and select banners only
2. In your sky scraper area try banners only for a while. If you keep getting the public service ads then there are not a lot of people with banners.

I always recommend banners and videos over text because they are more appealing to the eye and increase your clicks and advertisers pay more to have them, thus increasing your earnings per click.

thank guys for your suggestions,
it's changed a lot since my first post here, from famous person only to many other things like travel, news, music, movies... i try to rearranged my modules (login form, category, stats, active member, latest post) in better positions so that people can easily access the site and see the ads...

i'm using adwords to get traffic but whenever i pause my campaigns, it seems nobody will return my site... i don't want to depend on adwords but SEO seems so hard to me now... maybe the site like mine is so normal and people can find hundred of others in less than a second by search
