Figured I'd post this again, since I didn't get much of a response. But I plan on putting video game and sci-fi related websites up on my site with adsense.
However, I was wondering if putting pictures in the Header Image and such would violate Googles copyright rule (it is rather vague).
Like if I put a picture of Darth Vader and other sci-fi or video game screen shots in the image header just to "Dress up" the site, you know?
I emailed Google support, and they pretty much copied and pasted what I already read in the TOS.
Anyone here know of sites or already have sites of pictures of movie, tv show or video game characters in them along with the Adsense banners?
IT says this, a short sentence:
In order to avoid associations with copyright claims, website publishers may not display Google ads on web pages with MP3, Video, News Groups, and Image Results.
I am cool with the previous, but they mention "image results" what do they mean by that?
