Just one question how did you read the list when it appears the webmaster who made forgot to upload it with the extension .html. Now all you can see is the html code.
Oh no, not another of these worthless keyword lists. I have a site that uses a number of these keywords and the Adsense payout doesn't even come close to the numbers in this list. For example, the keyword "auto insurance" occasionally gets CPC up to $5+ but averages at slightly less than $1.

I really think chasing the highest paying keywords is not the smartest way to go about building your business. Every Tom, Dick and their little brother will be getting on or are already on that particular bandwagon.
What you want is to build a site in a niche that is not too competitive but pays out about $2 per click.
Summountable competition, good demand, good SEO and you are laughing to the bank.
