My question is :

does this page respect the google tos, specialy for this term:

Competitive Ads and Services

We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services. If you have elected to receive contextually-targeted Google ads, this would include all other contextually-targeted ads or links on the same page as Google ads. This would also include ads throughout the site that mimic Google ads or otherwise appear to be associated with Google on your site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure these ads do not mimic Google ads. If you have elected to receive Google search services, this would include other search services on the same site and non-Google query-targeted ads. We do allow affiliate or limited-text links.

If what's to the left is contextual advertising then it absolutey is against the TOS. If those aren't contextual ads then it's probably a jidgement call. To me it's clear they aren't Google ads and I don't think Google can corner the market on the basic format of putting text and links inside a box.

If the ads aren't contextual then they look different enough to me to be ok. I'm not the one who'll judge though. None of us here are. You can always contact the AdSense team and ask. They're be very helpful the few times I've asked them something.

Looks fine to me but you should send an email to Google and ask for their approval. Otherwise you risk being banned with almost no chance of explaining yourself or getting the ban reversed. Better to be safe than sorry.
