Hi all, Im new here.

I qualified for adsense about two days ago, and the ads on my website are completely irrelevant to my topic. This is true when I try viewing the site from the web server, but I also have an exact copy of all the site files on my hard disk. I use these for development and coding, and when I open my site from the hard disk files, I get relevant ads. As I mentioned before, the hard disk pages are exactly the same as the ones on the server, so I honestly can't figure it out. Anybody know why this is happening?

Heres my site: http://snapshot.phpnet.us/

It just sometimes takes a while for google to start delivering relevant adverts. Give it a few more days.

st0x is right. Google tends not to serve the best ads until a few days into your promotional efforts.

I am glad to see someone else found this. I tought it was only me. When I pulled my site up on my browser the ads made no sense to me or my site however unlike you I don't know about all that hard drive stuff you mention but when I was at work and showed one of my co-workers my site the ads were relevent to my site. I thought it might have to do with the time of day or the time the site was opened that the ads just randomly change.

It takes a while for Google to start displaying relevant ads -- assuming that Google has ad inventory for the keywords in your content. One easy way to find out is to do a search on your keyword from Google's site and see if paid ads show up on the right side of the results page.

For example, if your site is about "meercat mating habits", a Google search reveals a number of web sites, but no paid ads.
