Please can you examine my site and determine if placement and colors of adsense units suitable and lucrative?

I can't even see any adsense.

There is 2 advice in left menu on home page.

But if you visit some other pages, you could see ads.

I'm not seeing the ones on the home page so if they're there I'd say you've done a really good job of blending them into the site.

I do see them on the other pages and I think they look good. Blended very well into the site. I think the only thing I would do with them is put a little bit of space between the ads and the surrounding text. Not so much for the effectiveness of the ads, but to improve readability a little.

The ads themselves look really good to me. I can't promise you'll make a lot of money with them since that depends on more than just the look of the ads and even the best look can vary from site to site, but they're looking good to me.

I would place a border or change the background on the literature pages, people know when their being advertised to and they want limits...exactly why google is successful, because the ads on your site will be content relevant...much more so then television...but the reader does want some limits. Maybe you can do some A/B testing.
