AdSense vs. Omakase

Amazon has launched it's contextual ad system called Omakase Links. What does this spell for Google AdSense? Who will win this fight?

I am from Turkiye and I can not use Amazon's ad system. So -for example for me- the winner is Google.

As far as I know, the amazon thing gets you money only if someone actually buys a product, but with adsense you are paid for the click. Considering that amazon pays about 4% and most products are priced around $10 to 15, it seems to me that google is better, although they are not quite the same thing.

But NOT the new(ish) contextual Amazon ads (assuming they are available now)
