I think your ads blend very well. The links in the ads at the top look like they might be just a little bit lighter than the ones you return from the search. You might be able to match the color and font a little better if they're not already the same.

I'm wondering a little if the ads at the bottom violate the program policy at all. They may be blended a little too well for Google's liking. It might be better to have several columns of links with the first being the Google ads and the other columns being your own links. I think it would be easier to read that way since there would be less scrolling and you'd be able to experiment with which column returned the highest CTR on the ads. You could probably get in two columns of ads if you wanted too.

They blend so well that your users will not find them as ads and in my opinion ads should stand out rather then blend in with respect to the font colour. At least I had increasing eCPM when I changed to a contrasting colour.

I agree with vangogh. The top block looks good.
Though it might help further if you put them in a table like the rest of your content and title it Adverts or Sponsors.

And the lower link block definatelly looks a bit suspect. I think google would say that was a little too blended.

I like the idea of putting the ads at the top in a table too. And of course you can always try getting some images near them.
