I woke up this morning and turned on the computer to see how much I made from Adsense. I logged in and I got a message which stated that my account wasn't active. I was like uh oh...then I went to my mail and I saw the ban letter I couldn't believe it. I then sent them this email. They said that my account had invalid clicks.

Hello Google,

I have receieved your email which states that I have been banned. However, I never clicked on any of my ads as it's against the TOS. What are the invalid clicks?

I have installed adlogger which is ad reporting software on my website to monitor such activity and when more than 1 click comes from an i.p address ads are disabled. So invalid clicks through that source are impossible.

I'm assuming that you've banned me because of the I.P address range, but I have many visitors of my website from my country and mainly the U.S.A and U.K. I could show the web logs.

That is the thing I am providing evidence while you aren't. I have seen numerous other Adsense bannings and I was really wondering if they were telling the truth about not being able to defend themselves.

In the court of law even a convicted killer who was seen to kill someone on camera is still able to get himself a lawyer and try the case. Does Google feel that it is above the law? We know that you're trying to protect your advertisers as they file click fraud cases against Google and you have to pay out millions.

I have no intentions to click on my adsense ads. I really would like my Adsense account to be reactivated. If possible any invalid clicks could be refunded to the advertisers as I would have no problem with that. I have no automated clicking programs and I have never heard of any. I don't encourage anyone to click on my ads. If the CTR is deemed to high and you think that is why I should be banned you should look at my website.

Contrary to this high CTR my CTR was only about (can't share with forum)% if I remember correctly which is around the average on other websites. So where are the invalid clicks.

Bear in mind I made $134 in 5 months. If I was trying to perform fraudulent clicks wouldn't I do more???????? JEEZ could they get some common sense!!!!!

Nothing can beat google adsense returns.
But they do deactivate if a person is clicking.

The Internet is prone to banning without warning. Just wait till they reply and hopefully (if they're a good service), they'll reply to whatever you put in the mail instead of giving an automated "Good bye" message.

but why u told them that u installed software to check clicks ???? this will sound them fishi ....

do u remember how many clicks u get on average and how many clicks u get on that very day ....

more over i have in few cases friends try to help us in earning by clicking 20 - 30 together ....

they must have seen something illigal ... no matter ur innocent ... they are the boss ....

Once your banned you can forget getting back on with Google. I have NEVER heard of someone getting their account returned. Honestly, they don't have time to waste as for each one they ban they get a new 10,000 sign ups (just my guess). Especially seeing that you were not really generating impressions or clicks.

I think only Google can have say, if they say guilty you should say yes. I am also consider myself innocent. I dunno what kind of proof you can present to Justice Google Inc
