Are there any programs/advertising companies that will help you get better search engine rankings for an affordable price? I couldn't really find any.

There really isn't any program that will improve your site in search engines. There are tools you can use to learn things to help, but no program that's going to do the work.

There are a lot of companies that do seo and sem work. The reason they're expensive is because it's a lot of work. If you think about it if I could get your pages ranked well and drive lots of search traffic to your site for $100 (or any price you consider affordable) it would make much more financial sense for me to do the work on a site of my own and add a little advertising since I would more than likely make much more than $100 that way.

If there are any probably they can have site similar to yours and earn more than and going by this rule I never ever go for any SEO company/individual but your can google out guys ranking good for the terms SEO/Search engine optimization and trust on them but I am not sure there prices will be less.
