Most people probably won't, but I do think it's possible. Just like anything else though it depends on how much you want to put into it and work at it.
Most people will be content to put the ads up and if they make anything extra great. Some will expect to make a lot of money doing nothing and for them not so great. Some though will spend a lot of time driving traffic to the ads and doing everything they can to increase the click throughs on the ads and will make some good money.
I'm not expecting to get rich from it either though I certainly wouldn't mind. I'm just hoping the ads can create another revenue stream for me so I'd like to work at it to get enough money that it makes a difference, but I'll also be working on other things as well to bring in revenue.
stox, why beers? somebody else could buy a mercedes with adsense money. I cant buy a mercedes, i only afford a toyota from my adsense earning. heheheh.
Why not beers? I think it just depends on what you want to make from adsense. The work involved to get a few beers and hosting won't require too much work. The work to get a Mercedes would be quite considerable. Just depends on how much you want to put into it. AdSense is just one way to make money. I think stOx prefers to make money elsewhere over AdSense.
