I have a question regarding adense...if i'm expecting too much.

I have a site that I've owned and maintained for a few years now that is still pretty popular. Then I have 3 new blogs, that are still in the works.

My goal is to generate $15/week on each site/blog I have... meaning 4.

Is this an unrealistic goal to start at? Is it possible?

It all depends on the theme of the site. It may so happen that you target a blog and keywords where no on is interested in Google ads and it just displayes PSA. I think its not unrealistic but it needs lots of research.

I don't think it's unrealistic at all, but it depending on your traffic it may not just happen instantly. Definitely experiment some with the ad types and placements and colors, etc, but I think with four sites all getting some traffic your goals are realistic.

Like shabbir said it will depend some on your site and the keywords you target. Realistic yes, but probably some work involved.
