can you change the google ads it shows?

I just wondering can you can the ad's that google shows on your site? for example i dont want ad;s for fonts on my font site, i may want say mp3's web site builders or other related marterials.

can this be done?

You can block the ads they display through the competitive filter, but you cant actually select the ads.

By the way, this should be in th adsense forum, adwords is what advertisers use.
