If you do it in a spammy way you probably will.
But if you also provide actual decent content relating to those keywords (which you will have to do if you are making a site for adsense) then you wont get banned.

But don't expect to get any traffic from google if you are targeting the top 100 keywords. You will have a lot of competition.

Yes! I'm trying to add some related keywords to my pages. But web traffic is the most important, I think!

Put high paid keyword make more chance for us to earn more. Why not to try?

yup. ad relevancy is very important. only the relevant traffic has high chance to click the ad
