Is it against googles rules to put a google ad on a page with nothing else, except meta words to do with what you want the ad to display. Then use a simple php include script to make it so that viewers see ads to do with your site and not something totally diferent ? I know they try and get related ads on your site but a lot of the time i get ads about bying fire hoses and ladders

if you have a php page that contains you adsense code, but doesn't echo it out.. then use
include(adesnse.php);
On your page they wouldnt even know, and even if they did, doing it like that wouldnt be against TOS.

Are u building a MFA site?

A page without real content... how can you get traffic with it?
Without traffic, even if your ads are relevant, you get no revenue!

Work harder to earn more than use bad technics to cheat google. Google have full control of adsense users.
