Nope its against TOS of adsense. You can place them on a exclusive mode like sometimes its adsense and some time its clicksor but not both displayed at the same time.

I think google allow you to put other adverts on the page, these can included ads that pay on a CPC basic, But you aren't allow to put other relevant targeted adverts on the page.

So you can put a banner and mini-mall on the page with ansense, But these adverts can not be targeted to your content like adsense is.

I am not sure about other CPC ads alongside adsense, but I know that you can use pop-unders to create CPM revenue along with adsense ads.

Edit ** Just checked their terms. It says that you can use pops as long as they do not obstruct view.
