No, there isn't a way... like you say they banned you for violating a rule pointed out in thier ToS.

People have to realise that ToS isn't a guidline of suggested behaviour.
It's the rules.

Try applying for yahoo PPC or bidvertiser.

I am curious.... What rule or rules did you violate? And more to the point, did you do it knowingly? I am not trying to criticize you, I am only curious as to whether the rule was "obvious" or whether you violated some obscure rule that was, perhaps, counter-intuitive.

I hope you don't mind others learning from your experience.

Nevertheless, I wish you best of luck in getting on an alternative program.

If the mistake was made unkowingly you can try contacting Google through the email to their AdSense support and let them know you have corrected the mistake. I'm not sure what thier stance is on this kind of thing, but the few times I've contacted support at Google the people there have been both friendly and helpful.

It's certainly worth an attempt.

You didn't realise it was a mistake before? You were trying to steal from them..

They won't be letting you back on adsense.

Whether or not you knew that clicking your own ads repeatedly was against the rules or not, which is pretty hard not to, it's irrelevant - as Stox said, you were trying to steal from them, and committing fraud at the same time.

Google will not let you back - after all, would you let somebody else that dishonest be an affiliate? Yep, you sure have "done a mistake".

I have to agree. I don't think Google will be letting you back into AdSense.

You can't really do much. Even if you put in Adsense codes from another account, the ads will not show up. You will have to abandon that site.

Google will not let you back in after being banned for fake clicks. They are very serious about people cheating them.

I can't blame them. It's basically an attempt to steal money from them.

I wonder how many they consider fraud? What happens when the website owner actually wants to click through the ad or simply tests it once they first put it up?

I've wondered that myself. I don't think you would get in trouble for an occasional click, but I'm not sure it's anything I want to test.
