I have a question that I would like your opinion on.

My G account has been closed. This because I have logged in to my account from the same IP as another company that was banned due to illegal clicks. At least this is what I think has happened. The mail from G says: "the account is connected to another account that was closed". (This much is true. I share office with another company that runs another website that was closed due to presumed illegal clicks some months ago).

I find this strange, but they have the right to discontinue the agreement for any reason they see fit. No big problem.

The problem is:
When they close my account they cancel the payment of 6 weeks of valid clicks that was done before their cancellation. This is completely unaccpetable for me! Thay haven't even said that I have any illegal clicks or that I have tried to cheat in anyway (which I havn't).

How is this possible? Have you heard of this before and what is you opinion about it ?!!

Read their TOS, they can pretty much do whatever they want.

The fact is that this is a service and Google offers and they may not offer a good service at times but it is still theirs to offer. If you dislike the end result, you should have more fully understood their position before alligning yourself with them.

As I said: I do NOT question their right to kick me out at will.

I DO question their right to withdraw payment for 6 weeks of already delivered legal clicks when they do so. Without even claiming I have done anything to cheat. This is wrong. I cannot find their right to do this in the TOS.

Ok, thanks for the reply.

I STILL find it a VERY strange way of doing business...

The next time I get some goods delivered to my company maybe I should send this to my supplier...

"Hi, thanks for your delivery.
We regret to inform you that we cancel the delivery agreement with you and we will not pay the invoice. We suspect that you may have broken the agreement with us. We have a secret but very efficient way of detecting this. Please do not ask us any questuions about this - we will not answer them. Naturally we keep the delivered goods.
Thank you for your co-operation"

Maybe it would work...
