Yes, I've heard the horror stories but I never thought it would happen to me. Last week I receive the dreaded, "We've noticed invalid clicks on your website" message from the Google Team.
Upon reviewing my log files for all of my websites I noticed one had received 28,000 clicks from one IP address on September 1.
I've forwarded this information to the Google Team, but they're giving me the silent treatment right now.
