I've a database driven website, I also have a search engine, now I want my website to load banners dinamically, like google ad sense, but for my own ads, if you know how to do that please give me a hand

ad-sense puts adds on your page depending on what it is based on, and it usually takes a couple of hours for it to detect, you are able to get the code for the banners and other things, just give it time to figure out what your website is based on and it will do everything else for you

If you only want to use your own banners, make a database with the links and where the images are kept, then select form database 1 randomly.
