Frame to put keywords in for Google Adsense?

I have a popular message board and since it gets a lot of traffic, I put some Google ads on that page. Problem is, it has indexed all the wrong keywords (all text of the discussions) for the ads - so none of the ads are relevant to my content. Is there a way to make a frame at the top of the page which holds the ads along with invisible keywords so it will read only the relevant keywords and not the whole text of the page? What would the code look like? I never use frames. I know there is an option in Adsense that you check if you are using frames - not sure if I would use that or not to accomplish what I want here....any help is appreciated, thanks!

The change of getting caught using invisible keywords very very slim if done right. I have to admit that i have used invisible keywords before (i don't use it anymore) and it has increased by ad revenue alot because i used keywords that interested the visitor of my site. But there many tricks that don't require invisible keywords and work the same as invisible keywords.

If you use invisible keywords, and a Google employee sees your site (they do check once in a while), your account will be immeidately suspended. That's really not a good risk to take.

Why not try placing genuine, visible keywords throughout your content, title tags, and anchor text of your outgoing links?

When you say anchor text of my outgoing links (remember, this is a CGI message board) what do you mean?
