I've just got round to adding my adsense code to my forum and wondered if anyone could tell me why its only displaying adds for CMS and Forums. My forum has nothing to do with such things. Do I just need to give it some time or is it because the content is in PHP or whatever.. I noticed my site was getting crawled by google whilst I was adding the ads and thought I might get relvent links once it finished but I havent...

In my experience in can take some time for them to fully comprehend your page content. And some times it is immediete. I do not know why.
