Very doubtful that something like this can be better than adsense. The only reason is lack of advertisers, and it's enough. G can provide you with ads on ANY topic, all others will display their own "Advertise with us" ads on your site most of the time.

BTW, I have $200/day from adsense. I tried adhearus and cliksor and they hardly can give a half of it.
