Okay, so I've applied for Google AdSense to put ads on my blog. I got a message back from them saying that my application was disapproved because I had "Insufficient content" basically saying that they want more complete sentences and paragraphs on my blog. & they said "We require websites to be fully launched and functioning, allowing users to navigate throughout your
site with a menu, sitemap, or appropriate links. Once the majority of your
site is complete and functional, we'll be happy to reconsider your
application." SO WHAT DO I NEED TO DO GUISE????!?!?!?! PLEASE EXPLAIN & HELP ME!!!!!! ;P

Soooo!

Which bit of

is that you don't understand.

Though I think the use of "guise" indicates that there is not a snowball's chance in a furnace that you will get approved!!!!

Well, not unless you hire a writer who can write in ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep adding more quality content (additional posts, etc.) and then try reapplying.
