i have a wordpress themes listing website and i want to know will it be approved for google adsense?

The best way to know that is by applying to Adsense after understanding the TOS.

As long as you have some real content on your site they will approve you once you get your publisher number you can use the same code on as many sites as you want.

As long as you have your own content and you follow their Adsense policies. You will never have any problems in adding your ads.

Not really a matter, you can go ahead and put adsense.
