hi hope u all will be fine i want to ask can i show 3 link in my 300x250 ad of adsense instead of 4 links if yes how can i do this?

You could ask Google to design a special format for you.

Yep. Only big G can edit the ad for you, (coz if you try on your own you'll be banned
