Is it possible to know since when someone has been a Google AdSense's publisher based on his AdSense ID? Supposed his AdSense ID is ca pub-901286644511111 so does this number mean anything? maybe his joining date or anything?

You could search through www.archive.org I suppose, if you were that determined but it will only tell you when and if the pages were archived there.
