Is it against Adense TOS for an medium box of adsense ads to be next to an image?

Chris took the words out of my mouth, the very first topic in this forum is a "sticky post" pointing out that one of the fastest ways to lose your adsense account is to put pictures next to adsense ads. This is a big no - no!
