We have received a mail from google that they have blocked our ads from one of our major channel and send an attachment in mail. But the attachment is wrong thats for some other site which is copied from buzzle.com. How can we ask google to send the correct attachment so that we can make sure that we are the violator? Please reply to this post its urgent. As we have only 4 days left.

Isn't there an address or phone number visible on that mail ?

Otherwise, respond back with a mail, and snail mail.
I don't know how it works where you live, but where I live, an email is legally not valid.

Thanks. But I have already tried the ways you are suggesting. We dropped several mails and faxes to them but no reply either. The tele-support is not available for such queries so we can't contact them over phone.
