Every click have different value. I mean it also depend on how much the advertiser pays for a certain keyword.
Yes for the competitive key words there are high charges are and for the low competitive site there are low charges taken by the Google. So it gives you different amount on every click.
Man calm down, chances are that you can get low paying clicks, so select some better paying keywords and build another site, or just try to get more traffic.
