I got a 1 month old site and I'm a newbe when it comes to SEO. I have read many post here and was able to rank in 1st page for my 3 keywords that has good amount of searches.
My question is that how can I maintain those keyword in 1st page if a new site can only acquire limited backlinks? well from what I understand if your site is new and has many backlinks google gives your ranking a penalty, is that true?
I'm eager to start building so many backlinks but I'm afraid my site will be penalize and will lose its position in 1st page. please help! thanks!
