I'm rather new in the Adsense business, so i will need your opinion about this one.

I own a small photo - blog (the one in my signature) and i want to squeeze out the most of my google ads. My photos are the main attraction of my blog, so i like to get a better result with the ads near them. I'm aware of the google ads tos regarding ads placement near photos...i will show you a photo to get a better idea, and maybe you guys can give me some valuable tips

You'd have to ask Google to know for sure, but I would think how you have it is fine. I think the issue with using images is when people attempt to make it look like each AdSense link refers to a specific image. It seems clear to me that the ads aren't about your image.

However I also can't see any reason why the ads need to be so close to the image. Is there a reason you can't add some extra space between them.

Well...there's ok to add some extra space between them, i will see how it looks. I'm sure that i'm not violating the Google Ads TOS, but i'm just wondering if it's posibile to have a better placement , i guess that experiment should be the magic word!
