One of my websites average around 300 uniques per day and 99 percent of the traffic comes from the search engines. It gets around 20 adsense clicks per day. Yesterday a user who came from one of the search engines clicked the adsense ads about 25 different times over a span of 40 minutes.

I've put up adsense on the website over 3 months ago and never had this problem. The ads on the website are clearly marked so it's nearly impossible for a visitor to click on them by accident.

I looked at my google adsense account today and their system seemed to have ignored most of those abnormal clicks. Should i send google adsense an email about those unusual clicks? I'm always worried that some small thing like this is going to get my account disabled.

I'm not sure what you can do. But you do want to let someone know if its possible. I have had an account disabled with a $1500.00 check coming my way when someone clicked like crazy on one of my sites. Once it's disabled it doesn't come back. I had to wait three years and talk to several people just to get my account open again, didn't get my earned money thou. But this is always a fear of mine. I wish there was something Google would do. Like Yahoo. How your clicks are pending until the system knows that the hit didn't come from you. Or some jackass.

Never encounter it and never had any problems with my adsense

If you noticed those weird clicks contact google support immediately.

That's why it is much better not to tell your friends about your website and adsense.
