these days my rankings on all keywords dropped, and a 1/3 drop in traffic as well, really sad.

Have you continuously building links from relevant sites? If that so, I think you need to optimize your site with your targeted keywords. IMO, if you're doing well in link building but still there are no good effects on your rankings, I think you need to do on-page optimization...

If that so, you really need to start getting more quality backlinks now and be sure to target properly your selected keywords...

^ yeah right just keep on submitting quality link and be patient. Be sure you're following the right procedure
