My website receive a small amount of traffic of 40 visits and 100 page loads per day, but what happens is more number of ads are clicked with very less impression and my today ctr is 60%. is this good or bad...

And one more help, i am designing a new site and i have planned place adsense ads very close to rotating marquee text with same background. is there any abjections....

You get the same CTR for the next few days and see your account disabled.
A CTR of 3-4 % is optimal for any website and for some excellent ad placement you can expect a CTR of 7-8%..But 60% is out of the world..

It appears that both his blogs have been disabled.

Nothing wrong on it if it is natural click. Low traffic site normally have high CTR if the ads plaement is good enough
