I'm new to blog monetization. I have adsense ads in my blog. I wonder why sometimes I get clicks but zero earnings. For example, 10 clicks but $0.00 earnings.

well, blog monetization is a next target of mine..the problem you have faced may be due to violation of any rule or may be there internal server problem of the blog space provider.....thank you more making aware of the prob which may take place with me also...
This appears to be a new thing with Google. I'm having the same problem. I started my web site about two years ago. I had an average of 150 visitors a day. I made about $1.50 per day. I was being paid for every click.
Now my site gets an average of 500 visitors a day. With more visitors comes more impressions and clicks. Problem is, Google now decides to not pay for every click. It seems they don't have a problem paying for the clicks that are worth .01 to .03. They only pay for about 80% of the clicks now. I still get about $1.50 a day.
I've noticed that a lot of people are having the same problem. Naturally Google reps will tell you that its invalid clicks.
I'm currently looking for a replacement that will give targeted ads. Any ideas would be appreciated.

That would be possible. I also got 1 or 2 clicks but have no earnings. Take a look at the link given by chris.
Actually, a percentage of the money per click is Googles and a percentage belongs to the website owner. I believe that's the percentage that they're refferring to. If 100% of the money belonged to Google, noone would bother joining Adsense.
Nope NONE of the money BELONGS to the website owner.
Yay. I guess you're right. Google is the one paying us for ad placements on our sites. But who cares? As long as one earns from them, it's ok. I'm glad I'm averaging $4 a day now, it's a big improvement. And my ctr is fairly high. wheee. ($4 is 200 pesos when converted in our money, and you can live a day in that)
