i have no account before for google adsense but they reject my application and said my account is closely related an account which was disabled for invalid clicking. how is it possible where i had no account before ? what can i do now ? can i apply my same site with another payee name and address ? please help me.

Probably the url you applied with had some problems

Was it your own registered domain/url or one of those community urls. Need more info before anyone can help
