I found a cool adsense placement but don't know whether it violates the adsense TOS or not? any comments?

But from the thumbnail I would suggest reading -> Google Says: Images Near Adsense Definitely NOT Allowed

looks like a violation to me. there has to be a deviding line between the image and adsense ads

This is against the TOS of google adsense as they have clearly mentioned that adsense code near to photos are not acceptable. Even after that many webmaster are using this and later on they start shouting that google banned them.
