I have a site on the server of which I locate the different images which I find form different places. My web-site address is written bellow every picture by Photoshop.
1) I would like to know whether Google adsense considers this kind of text as the copyright reversal or not.
2) If this task is illegal, can I save the pictures’ contents in a site like “tinypic.com”? Would there be any problem? Especially if the pictures’ owners will find us and complain? Will our account probable of being blocked?
3) How if I upload the pictures on my server and put my own site addresses in the pictures by Photoshop?
4) What happens if the original site supports the hot linking capability of the pictures, and I recall them form the main original site into my own site? (In fact, I use the main site’s bandwidth)

May I ask you to please give me a full description regarding to this issue? So that I’ll understand how Google adsense will act with this kind of text.

Google AdSense will NOT do anything about this.
But I assume that Google will remove these images from the search results, unless they are yours, as in created by you.

I want to creat a photoblog like this:

for example i find this picture from a site on the web:


and then i save it in my computer and put my site address with photoshop on it, like this:



and then upload it on my own server.

This Is My Question:

google Adsense has any problem with this action?

So you steal images from other sites then brand them as if they were yours??

It won't be a problem with Adsense because to the adsense bot an image is just a line of HTML code.

BUT I'm sure the original owners of the image may just have some thing to say about it!!!

As I said, AdSense won't do anything, but if AdSense is there, unless you configure your robots.txt, Google WILL crawl your site, and soon, they'll find the image, and put it up on their results.
If Google finds it similar to the existing images, they May or May NOT remove it from the results.

i put my address site on this picture very short.
and i do this, because i host this picture on my server.
i havent any problem with google picture.
but i want to know if i put the google ads on my site
then google adsense banned me or not?

I'd bet google image search is how the copyright owners will find you, in order to sue you.

Yes, it is illegal, even if you tinypic it. If the owners find them, you will probably be sued. When they complain to your hosting company you'll probably get banned.

You may find the images going elsewhere. This is what usually happens to hot-linkers:

When the copyright owners noitfy google you're adsene will be banned. Your site will be dropped from the index. No one will have any sympathy

Actually, so long as the original image is intact, you can host it even on tinypic, as most sites don't allow hotlinking these days.
You won't get banned from AdSense, and you won't get sued if you're outside the US.

so what should i do.

i want to buy a host and then present them on my photoblog.
and i want to make money from this photoblog.

Buy rights to use the images from whoever owns them.

I think this is not a ground for adsense. But stealing images from other site is not good especially if it is copyrighted not unless you link their site as your resources.

Point 1! the adsense bot cannot "see" images. It can only read text.


Point 2! "Borrowing" images from other sites and putting YOUR site name on the as a watermark is stealing. If you are happy with this then just go ahead and do it! Let us know how long your site lasts before someone complains to your host and your site gets taken down!

Point 3! Instead of asking us how you can steal images and then make a pittance from Adsense on the back of somebody else's work . Just do it and let us know how long it lasts.

Because we are NOT going to suggest ways you can get around somebody else's copyright. I'm sure there are other forums where this will be deemed acceptable behaviour, but Webmaster Talk ISN'T one of them!

It is still copyright infringement and theft. They are not you images.

If YOU distribute images without the permission of the OWNER, you are legally liable.
hotlinking can put you in a grey legal area but, the host could goatse you.
hosting, and distributing is definitely way over the line legally speaking. Even if you link to the original site, if you don't have the image owners permission, you are legally liable.

In the US copyright infringement of more than 10 copies and a total value over $2500 is a felony. That means if I say my picture is worth $25 and you have 100 (or more) visitors to your site, it's a felony.

I have seen loads of peopl putting their own tags on images like that.
So long as you DON'T claim that the images are yours, it is okay.

That's like saying I can steal your car and drive it around for 10 years, as long as I don't tell anybody "This is my car". Both are utterly false.
