I have to agree.
I was making an average of 2USD a day, and on Firday I made 8USD.
The same evening, I get an email saying I have been banned in the interests of AdWords Publishers.
I have sent four appeal letters, and have not got a single response.
I think I have finally got their so-called supposed secret system:
I was making more than my daily average, and Google was not making enough profit out of it.
Here are my ideas:
Google should have the courtsey and manners to respond.
All publishers should get a second chance.
Bans should be temporary, say for 1 month or so, and if a user crosses 5 bans, he can get a permanent ban.

All those who have had their accounts disabled for no reason should join hands and form a protest against Google, fine, I don't mind losing all the money I had, but give me my account back, I had only 30USD, and I don't mind Google deducting that.

I was planning on sponsoring an underpriviledged child from my earnings, and now Google has made that Semi-Impossible, so I can indrectly blame Google for ruining some poor child's life.

Loads of people have.
Some people have gone to the extent of starting online petitions against Google.
Some one even started marketting Anti-Google Merchandise via CafePress.

Google also does give warnings as heard from other members but I am not sure on this.

I am in process of launching an unofficial Google Club ( www.club-google.com ) and would definitely have something for this as well and when there are many people saying same thing we may make the difference.

I always heard that more people emailed google adsense team and got no response on it. You are counted as one of the victims of adsense without doing anything illegal things.

Google should have the general courtsey and MANNERS to RESPOND.
It has been a week, and those guys have not repsonded.
Google has made a neat profit of 32USD, which was my hard earned money from September.
And I am planning on creating a forum, where all AdSense users who were banned for no reason of theirs can campaign.
ANd yes, I blame Google for screwing up some poor kids life.

My friend, and I were running a forum, and we had a rival forum in the form of H4ckinab0x.
We had a 50-50 deal, and half of the forums had his BidVertiser Ads, and the remaining half had my AdSense.
The admin of the forum, pimpingj, sent us an IM threatening to take our site down.
On Monday, the 30th of June 2008, he hacked our forum, and placed a message on our site.

However, it proved to be a major mistake on our side for not having believed him, and the next day onwards, till today our forum remains down.
Unfortunately for us, we forgot to take a note of his IP, which I belive would have been essential in this case.

From Google's perspective you've committed click fraud. I'm not saying you have as I your email indicates it was someone else. But how is to Google to know that. How many times do you think they've heard a similar story. True or not your story isn't proof that it wasn't you clicking the ads.

Again I'm not saying you did anything wrong, but you have to see this outside of your own perspective. Google believes it has proof that someone was clicking the ads fraudulently. The majority of the time it's the person who owns the account since they're the ones that will profit from the clicks. So Google sees no reason to respond when in their minds they probably see it as you as having clicked the ads.

If you didn't gather some real proof and send them another email. You're just telling them a story right now. Back up the story with actual data that proves you didn't click the ads.

If you can't offer real proof then move on. AdSense isn't the only company offering contextual ads and it's not the only way to advertise on your site. Find another way to monetize the site.

vangough is correct. Keep sending them emails stating your case and it may get reversed. I like using Kontera in text links and bidvertiser. Look at different options instead of waiting for Google to reinstate you.

How many of them send cheques in INR to me?
I can't use PayPal, as they don't offer full support for Indian bank accounts.
And, yes, I have one IM message of that fellow saying he would do it.
And if they think, I have comitted click fraud, why can't they just deduct that amount and go on?

Yes, the problem is that they deduct a huge amount when transferring it to my account.
And, it is stupid, I mean that way AdSense could still make a nice profit out of it.

I consider myself lucky that so far I have not been banned by google and hope things stay that way
I must say though that google are very strict about adherence to the adsense terms of service. They have to be because of the potential for fraud.

I think the way to go is to keep sending emails to google explaining your situation but only do this if you are certain that you are not applying black hat methods on your site and everything is by the book

Free for Rs.7,000.00 INR or more

Just 50 INR for less than 7000 is cheap I guess.

Even though Google is kind of rude and never warns before banning any account - still I prefer adsense in my pages. Most because - Google ads are the most perfect contextual ads I've ever come across.

I've already banned for 2 times - this is my 3 time - it's been working well for me. Hope I won't be any harm to their advertisers
