Definitely present the information you have to Google. Unfortunately there's no guarantee they'll let you back in the program, but it doesn't hurt to try.

If they don't look into other forms of contextual advertising. I know being in India could limit some of your options, but there are still other options for you.

My being in India is not limiting much, but the fact that I wouldlike my earnings to arrive as INR is a limiting factor.
It is illegal to use chques nominated in other currencies, including USD.

Well, I had removed my adsense ID from everyplace where it was.
My account was re-instated but diabled with 12 hours, and that was before I reda the mail about reinstation, and before I could put my ID up.
And Google says I am a risk for the advertisers, I say Google themselves is a risk.

I was making an average of 2USD a day, and on Firday I made 8USD.
The same evening, I get an email saying I have been banned in the interests of AdWords Publishers.

I was planning on sponsoring an underpriviledged child from my earnings, and now Google has made that Semi-Impossible, so I can indrectly blame Google for ruining some poor child's life.

Why should they get back in. Most people who are kicked out of the program violated the rules. It's why they got kicked out. Is there any reason why Google should let them back in?

Yes, there are people who get kicked out and probably didn't do anything wrong. Some people get caught up in something when it's not their fault. The OP of this thread seems to be one such person. If he hasn't done anything wrong and can prove it to Google's satisfaction it's possible they'll let him back in. From the perspective of Google though, he appears to be another person who abused their system and violated the TOS. I'm not saying that's the case here, just how it looks on Google's end without seeing proof otherwise.
